All card transactions are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If for any reason a card issuer does not authorise a payment/transaction the order will not be processed
Orders are subject to availability. If for any reason goods ordered are unavailable customers will be informed via telephone or email.
Orders received before 3:00pm (1pm telephone) Monday to Friday are processed the same day and despatched according to their individual delivery times. (Please refer to standard shipping time).
Only orders over the value of £50 with a delivery address within the UK Mainland (excludes some remote and rural areas) are eligible for free standard delivery, all other locations will be subject to a delivery charge. Next Working Day Delivery is only available where stated on individual products and the order value is over £50. The delivery address must be within UK Mainland (excludes some rural and remote areas), please refer to the delivery section of the website.
Orders eligible for next Working day delivery must be confirmed by 1pm (11am telephone orders) on a working day in order to receive the item the next working day i.e. order before 1pm online on Monday and receive the item on Tuesday (excludes public holidays and weekends).
Delivery aim for standard shipping is 2 to 14 working days after the order date. However, for more specific brand standard delivery times, please refer to the delivery section of the website
Deliveries are not timed and are made throughout the working day.
Deliveries are made on working days, (Monday to Friday) excluding public holidays.
Telephone orders can only be despatched and delivered to the cardholder’s address.
Orders placed on a public holiday and weekends will be processed the next working day, i.e. if an order is placed on a Saturday it will be processed the next working day
At peak seasonal times (i.e. Christmas), there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order due to demand.
Luggage2go cannot be held responsible for any delays suffered due to the courier company.
All goods require a signature on arrival; therefore someone must be available to receive delivery
All dimensions given on this site are the outside dimensions and are given as a guide only.
We reserve the right to change any dimensions or specifications without prior warning.
All images are given as accurately as possible however, due to technical limitations; colours of items may differ in shade to those depicted in the images.
Promotions and Offers are valid only on selected and specified products.
All promotions are valid at the time of publication. However, we do reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions without prior notice.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, unless specified.
Returned goods will only be accepted with prior notification and the correct returns code. (Please refer to the returns procedure).
Returns Codes are only valid for 7 days, once expired a new code will need to be requested for any items unreturned within this 7 day period (Please refer to the returns procedure)
Items returned with expired/invalid returns codes will not be accepted and returned to sender.
We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and tags removed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct up to 20% of the original selling price if the conditions of the returns procedure are not met
It is the sole responsibility of customers to ensure goods are packaged (in their original packaging if possible) and reaches us in a saleable condition.
Where a postage/delivery charge were incurred for an item to be delivered this charge cannot be included in any refund given
Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses for orders over the value of £50.00 (exclusions apply). For all other locations and values delivery charges apply (please see delivery section of the website). Cancellation of orders will apply if the correct delivery charges are not paid.
If a delivery is refused by the customer and returned to us undelivered there will a change of 10% of the total value of the order (a minimum charge of £9.95) to cover administration costs and handling fees.
If a delivery is returned to us because the carrier is unable to make delivery there will be a charge of £9.95 per box to cover administration costs and re-delivery

Luggage2go cannot be held responsible for damage and neglect caused by mishandling in transit.
All guarantees offered are by the individual manufactures against defects in workmanship; please refer to the product tags for details. These guarantees do not cover normal wear and tear or damage and neglect caused by mishandling in transit by a common carrier. If a problem should occur during a flight then a claim must be made before leaving the terminal.

Where states suitable for cabin luggage this complies with I.A.T.A. recommendations-combined dimensions not exceeding 115 cm. Some airline’s rules may vary, Luggage2go cannot be held responsible if an airline applies different criteria and the non-acceptance of cabin baggage.
Free gifts are per order. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal value.
